BMOD FITNESS ACCEPTS VISA AND MASTERCARD

BMod Fitness classes are offered in 2 month sessions. Customers register for classes within each session in advance, either on-line, by phone, or in person with a BMod Fitness employee.  BMod Fitness does not ask nor require our customers to schedule classes every week in order to register for classes, although we may recommend it – you may customize your class registration to fit your family’s needs.  Your Credit Card will not be charged until your selection has been reviewed by our staff.  You will be billed only once via the credit card that you provide for all classes you have registered in.  Your Credit Credit statement will reflect a charge from BMod Fitness.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Payment is due a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the first class.  Accounts which have not been paid or on which arrangements for payment have not been made before the start of classes will be billed a $25 late payment fee.  After the third week of non-payment outstanding accounts will be refused service unless arrangements have been made.

Customers may pay in full, or in 3 week increments.

Requests for refund must be in
writing – there will be a $15 processing fee on refunds.

BMod Fitness offers a 5% savings to customers enrolled in multiple classes per week regardless of Business Division.

BMOD FITNESS CLASS MAKE-UP POLICY:

BMod Fitness customers may cancel any class on-line, or by phone any time prior to 1 hour before class without a cancellation charge.  Customers may reschedule the canceled class anytime. Refunds for canceled classes which are not rescheduled will not be provided – it is the customers responsibility to reschedule classes which they cancel. BMod Fitness understands that our customers have difficult schedules, and that sometimes life events overtake our best efforts to plan ahead – just call us so we can work with you.
